front bumper help

I have a 1985 325e, and ive noticed that spme bmw have the front bumper tucked, and i was wondering exactly how do you do that? and is it possible to do the rear to?

it is possible to do both rear and front

All you do is take a drill and drill into the shocks, and push them in... Thats it. It took me about 20 minutes to do it on my rear bumper.
