Fog Lamps And Headlights

my fog lights dont work. would it be becasue of bad relays? i think they were k9 and k8. is there a way to tell for sure that they are bad, or should i just replace them. Do you have any idea how much they would cost, and can i get them at a schucks or autozone, or does it have to be special places to get them. thanks a lot. also, my headlights sometimes come on, and sometimes they dont. bad relay? certainly sounds like a bad relay. switch the relays with different ones to see if the fault follows the relay. If it doesnt then the problem is in the wiring for the headlights/ foglights. you can also test the relay by supplying 12 vdc to the coil of the relay and using a ohm meter go across the other two terminals to see if you have continuity.

fog lights are not connected to a relay.

check your fuses, i don't remember what number it is off the bat. if it checks out fine, check your bulbs.

but they work now, i took the relay out and then cleaned the terminals real quick, and they work now. thanks though. Chris---
