Are all front fenders for e30's the same... are 2dr e30 fenders the same size as 4 dr fenders etc?

I think the 2 door and 4 door front fenders are the same but there is going to be a difference in early and late production E30's.

hrmmm...well i was lookin to replace both front fenders on my 85 318i...i'm going to repaint so color doesnt matter, so junkyard or ebay will be the way i go. I found a fender on ebay from an 89 ic...would that fit?

That won't work. The later cars like mine and the one in the ad had a diferent front bumper so BMW made the fenders different to fit the profile of the newer bumpers better. The ones on the convertable are close but they still arn't the same as yours. They will bolt to the car but the bumper won't fit the body lines right.
