European bumpers are hard enough to find for E30s, I've never even seen anyone offer a set for an E21. Usually someone in the military will send a couple over if they can, or somebody finds an imported car buried in weeds somewhere.
If I remember correctly, you can tuck the front bumper over 2 inches in ... rear a little less, but it's smaller anyway.
2 inches is A LOT. It would almost get you the euro look for free (with a huge mess with drilling the shocks). If I had a e21 or a big bumper e30, I'd definitely tuck.
