HOLY SHIT.

i just put the chip in yesterday and it made a HUGE difference straight out of first gear and all the way through second. it was raining all day and i couldnt keep the tires from slipping each time i sped up. it was a good feeling. 3rd- 5th also seem a little more torquey. thanks BAVauto.

BAVAUTO chip eh?? I have been considering a chip for quite some time now.. WHat'd you pay for chip? Got any other mods that perhaps enhanced the chip or otherwise stock?

i paid $70 for the chip but got it from a buddys old e30 that died. not other mods right now. pretty much stock. i did notice a drop in mpg while im driving in the city (could be cause the way im driving now though :P ) but on the highway i seem to be getting the same if not better fuel economy. in all im still averaging 21-22. good enough for me!
