well what is this all about..... quite frankly im pissed that its down, not that I feel its as near homey as this but really thats the only place to get dirty e30 tech information. Whats your thoughts and whatnot on this.

i'm glad. its not down for good, just that jordan guy is gone. check out bimmerforums.com for more info. it should be back up shortly, and i agree it was probably the best place to get e30 info

I never wanted my site to come to this. As a lot of you know, Jordan has pretty much run down the site single handedly, and as some of you believe, Steven, and to an extent, me as well.

Jordan is no longer involved with the site, and I am the only admin. Steven may be involved in the site again in the future, but not to the extent that he was before.

Basically, I want to bring the site back to my originaly vision almost 2 years ago. This means I am unbanning all members that have been banned, and giving everybody a second chance. Ground rules will be layed out and hopefully enforced in a reasonable way.

The forum is going to be updated as well as the new site being released.

I basically plea of you guys to come back and give the site another chance. Help us improve it rather than bitch about it. I especially want you guys like Nick, Andre, and Ryan to give it another shot. And Eric, I really like you man, I guarantee it was Jordan that said I talk shit behind you back. Its not true. Jordan has never liked me and has always tried to turn people against me in order to gain more power on the site. His head got so big by the end, he actually thought the site was his.

So give us a few days for the DNS to resolve, and maybe some more time to finish the site and get our forum going again. Things can be better, but only if the community wants it.

its about how crappy moderating can bring down a highly knowledgeable/informative site. its a shame, it was a huge e30 forum that caved around 1000 members due to one jackass admin that thought he was God.
