i just got this magnaflow for my car

is it legal to remove the cats? I'm sure it depends on the state...

if you have a 325i you will lose power with that cause you will have to run a 2-1 merge into the muffler....i hope you dont have a 325 i

Very illegal - However if you live in some states there are no e-checks.

I lived in North Carolina for some time - every year you have to get the car check for emissions and other safety requirements. If you didn't pass, you didn't get a windshield sticker. No sticker = not road worthy = FINES and CONFEITCATION!

I digress - now I live in OHIO and there are NO inspections here in Toledo. :lol:
