I am a proud owner of a 87 325e, and am trying to find out which e30 models between 86-94 were available in the widebody (for those who don't know what I mean it is the extended panels above the rear wheels). I know all the M3 are but only a few of the cabrios. Does anybody know which cabrios have it and why some do not. Does it depend on where they were manufactured or purchased? Anyway I hope some of you fellow enthusiasts can help me out.
If anyone is selling one relativly near Montreal, Canada pls. let me know.
... only m3s have the classic fender flares. By wide body do you mean the actual chasis that were like 2 cm wider? Those are the older years i believe.

That's what I thought until I saw this car (follow link below). It is however advertised as a 325, I also spoke to the seller and he said it was a 325. Do you guys think the car below is woth $ US12,000 ? It has 135,000km -I told the seller that for that price I'd rather buy a real M3. Anyway please keep the replies comming.
wow thats nice, it looks like an M3 cabrio with a 2.5 litre motor. i have no idea the battery is in the front, did they come in the front on M3's i thought that was just on the 318's

No e30 is worth anything close to 12 grand not even a m3 unless it had like no miles and mint condition.
