Hey, does anyone know how to remove the center set of (insert curse words) dash vents from a '90 E30 without both breaking them into pieces? I'd rather not go through the hassle of taking the dash out of the car to do it if I can avoid it. Thanks guys. ghead

you mean clipped in on the outter edges of the actual vent parts themselves, or the entire unit?

I thinks its rotate vent down. Go a bit further and there will be some resistance. After that you'll be able you slide out the vents. After taking out my vents and reinstalling them thay became very loose and would bounce all over the place. I had to wedge in a little piece of paper to stop it.

There are lock tabs on the outside of the vent unit the tilt down and push was early E36 glove-box vents. You may be able to get them to bits in place I’ve never tried but they aren’t meant to
