hi i baought my 84 318i two years ago and have many mods to it. It has been running perfectly for the past 2 years but now i'm having a little trouble. I stored the car for three months and am now driving it again. But now the car has problems. I will have the throttle down but then the car will feel like it cutting the throttle off, even tho my foot is still pressed on it. this happens periodically and usuaally happens aroudn 2000 rpm. Also I have very un-even accelleration and decelleration, and it dies at idle once or twice but then is fine once it gets warm. My mechanic just replaced the cold start sensor but it seems like it has done nothing.
ghead I think it might have sumthin to do with the fuel pump. Any help is really appreciated!
