e30 '90325iC its eating too much gas

how's everyone doing? I purchased an e30 about a month ago. I am having some issues with the MPG on the car. the car was converted from 2.5L to 2.7L and the camshaft was change into 288 and it has a Dinan D900-2532. I understand that with all those upgraded items the car would lessen the MPG a lil' bit. However, last saturday i had it full tank. while looking at the gas meter awhile ago the gas was already in the mid range and the car has only traveled 44MILES. What should i do?

btw, i changed the oil 2 weeks ago.
the car is running in about 3k-4k RPM

Thank you for reading

Check to see that you're not leaking fuel. Check your tire pressure.

Reset the AVG MPG on your OBC and use that to track your mileage.

Refill the tank and see how much gas you actually used.

Drive a bit slower (hard to do I know) and see if that affects your MPG.

My son has a stock 90 vert and gets about 22 in the city and 26 on the highway.
