The engine number is on the block, AFAIK on the right hand side (so left if looking from the front of the car). It may be possible to get the engine number from the VIN, but that assumes no engine replacement.
hi guys... do tell me, in the case that u have and option of geting a 2.5l v6 bmw engine and a 2.5l straight 6 bmw engine as well, wich one is more powerful and faster in terms of speed given that the body of the car is the same?
im a student hu just bot an E30 320i, its standard everything... wat can i do to improve its performance! i drove it on a straight stretch of about 5km's and i managed to gt to a top speed of 165/170km/hr.. but it can not keep it ther.. so pliz tell me wat i can do to make it go faster. the worst part is its automatic...
