What do u think is wrong with the suspension ( 80' 323i) when the rear end looks very low? Do i need to change the Shocks, Springs, or both, and if i do, would the suspension from a regular 320i fit?

your springs are probably worn and sagging. it would be smart to change your shocks along with new springs if you arent sure of when the shocks were last replaced. i would bet that the e21 320i and 323i shocks and springs are interchangeable, but you should get a second opinion on that
