First thing you need to do......is wash that thing! A goood rubbing and waxing!
Repaint the rocker panels. (dont froget the rear)
Pull off or replace the rusty window trim. Mine has been removed and looks better than rusty.
Black out the Chrome trim-All of it.
Clean-Polish or paint your rims. (black with a polished lip) you can paint the entire rim and clean the lip with acetone. gives a good line without taping.
All the above can be done for less than $50.00. And will renew your cars apperence dramaticaly! Mine looked about like yours when I bought it (had the vallence).
Replace the vallence.
Exhaust, Suspention, Air intake.
