e21 heater issues - BMW Forum

so heres the scoop,
the heater in my '82 320i is deffinately slacking.
the fans dont spin as fast as they are supposed to but im assuming that i just need to lube them. and heat only comes out at my feet, if i open the dash vents outside air just blows out. since only cold air comes out of the top vents and defroster vents its impossible to defrost my windshield.

its cold here and getting colder. if any one can hep it would be much appreciated

there is only 1 fan there right?

The heater core may be on its last. Not happy news, but you need answers that help...

If it winds up being the heater blower motor you need, we sell it for $85 which you will see is very low in price. Here's the link if you need to purchase:

its a motor with a fan on either side but essintialy its one unit. so yeah i guess
