E-braking locking up??

tyro2001 1st Gear Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: MASS Car: Posts: 283 Photos: 0	i got a 84 318i auto transmission when i have my car parked for more then one day with the E-brake up it seems to lock even when i put the E-brake down, i press gas but the car dont move like im pressing brake at the same time. then it just unlock? could it be the wires or something im confused
