the other when it was like freezing outside i went to my car and tryed to open my door but the key would only go in like half way. then i waited till things warmed up and then it didnt jam anymore. this gets really annyoing sometimes but do you think i can spray some WD-40 in it to prevent it from doing it again or some some of that key-deicer crap i see in stores.

i wouldtry putting a nickel size peice oftape on it, remember to cut out a tab to pull off with too.

and there is a specail type of lubricant made for locks./

what also works is a garbage bag over your windsheild and/or door (with thandle). as sometimes the frost can freeze your door to the frame.

ive seen heated keys too.
but
my current setup is a remote keyless entry. always works.
