Thumbs up

yes u should replace it. it is recommended that everytime u take the valve cover of u should replace the gasket. i tried to do the same thing as u and take the easy way out. i took off my valve cover and did not replace the gasket. after a while i found out that oil kept leaking out of the sides. u will just make more work for yourself in the future if u dont replace it now. good luck. PS the bolts are 10mm.

This would be a good time to check and see if you have any sludge and if it is present you might want to use Auto-Rx.
