Dinan Chip

Hello, I ordered a Dinan Performance chip off of ebay, and im trying to figure out if i got the wrong chip or if it is defective.

I have tried re-installing the chip 3 times car will not ignite with the dinan chip installed. factory chip is fine.

Car:
BMW 1987 325

ECU:
Bosch
0 261 200 027
1 708 643.9

Factory Chip:
1267355213

off on the right hand side of the ECU the numbers (078) are circled.

Dinan Chip:
D900-2711
1984-1987
Supported ECU: 0 261 200 027/021

any ideas? from everything i can find this is the correct chip for my car.

EDIT: Car is also parked on a hill will that effect first fire?

.... dinan chip off ebay? Hmmm I think it would be correct whas the dinan chip designed to work with any other mods? (Tuned for cam intak BBTB any of these?)

dinans website nor the manual mention anything any aftermarket parts. it should work with a stock vehicle, there just ECU/Model Specific..

the engines cranking the injectors pumping but theres no sign of a spark.

It sounds like you have a bad chip.... get you money back if you can
