Okay, on DinanBMW.com, it has these parts for my E30: Intake Manifold and Exhaust and a CHip, it says the Chip gives me roughyl 12 HP gain and the Exhaust a 21 HP gain I believe, maybe 15hp, and that the Intake gives me 41 peak HP, is this true? Cuz if I got all of them(roughyl 1950$ without installation), i would get 84 HP, which sounds sorta lot for my car. Think this is true?

Those HP figures are given for the most favorable conditions... such as going downhill with a strong tailwind and a tow line... attached to a low flying airplane.

I always thought intakes on M20 engines had hardly any effect. The chip is likely to give you quite a boost, but the exhaust and intake manifolds sound too good to be true.
To clarify, Their intake is an extrude honed intake manifold and then repainted. They try to make people think they make their own but they are just OEM ones that are rehoned. Deffinately wont make all the power it says but it will make some.
The exhaust thats pretty straight forward its just dinans exhaust. Again not as much power as they say. If anything maybe 8 - 10 max. But your gonna lose some top end. Im pretty sure their exhaust is a cat back but it may include headers. But i highly doubt it at that price.
And for the chip.... dinans ok but they are kinda conservative. I would say if your going to get a chip get a Jim Conferati. I know for a fact they are pretty good at increasing power a little bit and are adaptive, which i dont think the dinan is...
Either way you wont get anywhere close to 85 hp gain.

alrighty, that was really helpful, Ill be sure to not get any of their things. Though I do think that for the price that the xhaust would come with headers too.

how much they asking? About 800 i think if i remember? If its around that you wont get headers i assure you. Shorty headers are like 400 alone. And those are silly headers.
I remember that when i first got my car i got so excited about the "Dinan Plan to Be the Man" (thats what i like to call it at least) I think every kid that first gets his car goes to the plan. Dinan makes it seem so simple to have a 250 hp beast. Alas its not that simple.
If you want the best exhaust for an e30 (in my humble opinion) get the stromund. They sound delicious. And they are made in house and cheaper than the other ones.
