Did all E30's come with Pwr Locks?

[2001 Yellow]

I just picked up a 1985 325e - Both locks work but do not appear to be power locks - I was wondering if these cars came with pwr locks and mine arent working or if they are manual locks

Also my passenger window is not functional

Could this be a switch, window motor or regulator problem?

some came with central locks, meaning if you lock the driver door with a key it locks the passenger door, trunk and gas cap. But mine dont work.
