Could someone give me an explanation of the easiest way to remove the Crank Hub? I have no idea how I'm supposed to remove it without rotating it at all and thusly putting it out of TDC.

we need a little more info on what you are trying to accomplish. What is it that your doin that you want to turn the crank shaft? the timing belt is off the car? you can always put it back to TDC as long as it is there when you want to put the belt back on. The camshaft should be at TDC when you take the belt off cause there isnt really any way to turn it. You can turn the crank shaft all day long

I'm trying to get the timing belt off. I have the older two piece hub and I have to remove it to get the belt off.
