Bunny Capricorn is an unknown quantity at this point
My 88' e30 had one of the return hoses lossen on me, but some air obviously got in.....running a little hoter then normal after this incedent.

How do I go about flushing the system?

Help me out folks

I assume you mean bleed the system of air. There should be a bleeder screw on the thermostat or water pump housing and with engine warm and idling, crack that scew a bit until coolant starts to flow and when no more bubbles come out, tighten the screw.
