conversion: power windows to manual window regulators?

87' 325e

can i do this little conversion..? i want to take out the power window regulators and swap them out with manual window regulators with the crank handles. they sell the manual window regulators for my car on bevauto

im just going to buy these left and right manual window regulators from bevauto

any help, am i able to do the conversion?

Changing them out isn't hard, you have to be careful not to allow the window to drop while you are changing them out.
