cold start valve

Kid_318i n00b Join Date: Mar 2009 Car: 84/BMW/318i Posts: 42 Photos:	cold start valve Hey everybody, I have an 84 318i and the thermo time switch istn working, and I know that if it doesnt work the cold start valve doesnt work. I dont have in minde replacing the time switch cause its too expensive and I havent found it in an autopart. So I was thinking of eliminating the time switch by putting direct voltage to the cold start valve with a switch when the car is cold. What do you ppl say good or not a idea? jejejeje
