If it's a manual gear-shift then a seal failure would drop fluids on the floor from the rear crank-seal... Did you replace the clutch-plate with a cheaper item?

Hi jack u seem to have good experience in clutches i have bmw e39 m5 , my car slipps only on hard accelerations when the tires spins alot then the second gear feels as if its not engages for three seconds then it catches again. So is it a clutch problem?and wat do u advice me with wat after market clutch that i can buy ?my budget is 500 dollars thanks in advance
