Maybe it's flashing because the washer fluid pump is not installed......could that be it? The only light that is on is the Washer Fluid light. I had to buy a new washer fluid pump since the previous owner was a tard and stuffed a screw into the hole of the washer pump and took the hose off.

did you install the new pump and fill it up and the light is still on?

How the flip do i get the oil serviced light to go out since I just changed the oil? used

youll have to get someone to do it, there is a tool, they might show you the way to do it yourself while you are there

i know there is a way you can do it yourself, i just didnt have a link and didnt feel like explaining it
