Carbon fiber hood replacement...

Hey guys,

I was recently backed into and got a pretty good dent in my hood. I'm thinking I'll just take the money from insurance and buy a carbon fiber hood and install it myself.

Two questions:

Where can I get a good quality carbon fiber hood? there are some on ebay...but I don't know if those are nice or not.

Is is hard to replace a hood? I'm sure it's just bolt on, but should I have a professional put it on or do you think I can handle it?

thanks!

I just found a ViS hood for $440 @ Carbon Fiber Hoods : ViS Racing - Seibon - Start at $355.60 : Illstreet

This is the cheapest I've been able to find (this is with shipping and insurance included).

are ViS good?

*waaah... sorry i can't help you when it comes to aftermarket accessories... that just isn't my expertise.

Am actually happy with a plain looking stock car that will run away from y'all when the green lights come on, and leave you wonderin' how the hell a stock car can keep up with the oh-so fine-a-lookin'-M's lolz
