Car shaking like crazy under acceleration, no cel, what is it?

I have done a new fuel filter and egr canister for the hell of it, new throttle postion sensor, but car still running like crap. anywhere between 20-25 mph car starts to buck and shake uncontrollably under acceleration, but in neutral sounds smooth. I have no check engine lights, so apparently sensors are good. fuel pump doesnt make sense considering car starts and drives. anyone have this or similar issue? thanks!!!

if it's not the engine mounts then surely it has to be that thing on the drive-shaft, forgot what it's called but bmw likes to use them. made out of rubber so they go bad every 10 years. ~$80

technically it would still be spinning if in neutral but without load.. so smoother?

yeah...you could have a bad guibo....that's sounds about right..either a guibo or a propelor shaft bearing.....

actually a guibo joint is kind of cool to replace.....there's like 6 bolts/nuts running back toward the end of car and 6 pointing towards the front of the car.....total balance....and strength I would reckon as well.....this was on a 3.3 litre...maybe there aren't that many on 2.5....anyway...yeah...if it shudders upon acceleration and then settles down I would guess the guibo joint...they are not that expensive...maybe around $80 for the part...this is something you can do yourself if you can replace a muffler on your own.
It's a very important part to replace as well, it's my best advise that you just go ahead and look at the drive train components...
