Car missing whenever the temperature drops > 1989 - 325i - E30

First to begin with the hose that goes to the airflow meter is busted,so I've put duct tape on it to stop it from sucking air (I've ordered a new hose). I have cleaned the ICV and the throttle body and the car has been throttling better whenever its a bright sunny day but whenever the temperature drops at night or when rain falls it begins to act up and starts to miss and when u drive it,it shakes the hell outta you due to the engine not settling down,does anyone knows what could be the problem here ?
