Canadians Having Problems Getting Us Shipments?

I live in Canada and I ordered a strut tower brace from Ireland Engineering for my E30 about 3 weeks ago. My brace still hasn't arrived and when I call Ireland this morning, they said that it was probably held up at customs and that they would get another person to call me back. No one called back.

I've ordered sway bars from Suspension Techniques in the US in the past for my Jeep and they arrived in less than 1 week, so I am not sure if I believe what Ireland is saying.

Have any other Canadians had similar problems with getting parts from Ireland?

Not Ireland but Germany... Euro headlights that I got off eBay where rejected at customs and returned to the sender in Germany. My guess is that euro ellips don't conform to Canadian regulations.
