I bought a 86 325es and it was lowered, at first it was ok but the first time I cracked the oil pan it was the last time I wanted that to happen I fix the crack once twice three times and I got to fix it again. The oil pan is only 4 inches off the ground and its the lowest hang part of the car to. The springs are eibach and the shocks are blisten. The guy said it was kit. But what I want to know is can I put spacers in the front and rear springs to lift it.

I didn't see any factory opitions after looking in ETK but 666 Fab might be able to do something for you. Why do you need one for an E38?

Do you think the shocks are long enough because it was a kit that everything came in and I don't want to put longer springs in and the shocks are not the right length
what brand shocks are they? unless they are bilstein sports, or Ground Control/TC Kline Koni's they will be long enough
Edit: NM i just read they are bilsteins...you should be fine anyway...wont hurt anything...they will just have more preload than before...
btw, how do you bottom out the oil pan? im lowered 2" and i have NO problems...

My mistake my car's oil pan is about 3 inches off the ground because i have to squeeze my fist under it. The other day I was going to push a 2000 ford taurus and guess what my car is so low that i actually went under the back bumper so couldn't do it.
