Anything can be made to fit anything, but the swap you're talking about would involve some expensive modification...drive by wire etc. is made to fit in a very different car.
IMO, you'd be better off dropping in an S50 and turboing it..plus it'd be cheaper. would take a lot of time, $$, and a very good mechanic. LOTS OF electronics..
