repost. Like i said in the last thread you started, they may be BAUR e21 wheels, maybe Hartge, most likely manufactured by whatever comapny handled the Hartge wheels, and there is also another comapny that made some hartge knock-offs, but i can't remember the name now.

They look like ronal wheels but ronal isnt from england nor do they have a plant there. They arent MiM wheels either, as they're italian.

I cant figure it out 100%. Look like old compomotive wheels, but I cant find a good photo of them.
