I am thinking about taking out the 3 ( ones missing) center hubcap pieces out of the rims when i detail the car in the comming weeks.

How do i take them out? I have tried yanking it out but it wont budge? is there anyway to do it?

First grab it and turn it clockwise or counter-clockwise, it doesn't matter. Once you've loosened it, turn it some more and pull it out.
