Hi i read some of your guys suggestions and they sound good.
my sppedometer works sometimes an when i hit around 60 km/h it dies ( )
is there something wrong that is fixable or do i have to replace the whole unit

I don't know if BMW's use electronically controlled speedometers, but if not, the spring that controls the needle may be broken. I'm not sure if that can be replaced without buying a whole new cluster.
