yeah me , too, the Brake Lining light comes on for a few seconds, then goes away. what do I do? I feel like such a n00b to this, I am okay with some tech and such, but stuff liek this(that Ihave dealt with before), is was boggles me.

Brake lining is just your brake pads. You both will need the OEM Pagid pads in the near future. (very near) Goto bavauto.com and look up front and rear brake wear sensors, buy both (they are under 10$) and have them replaced when u get the pads replaced, cause once that light goes on the brake sensor circuit is completed and to close it u need a new sensor... hope this helps! ttyl
that helps a lot actually, because I was thinking something completely different.
I think I might need a new FluxCapaciter soon too. Damn things just about run out! LOL(Im joking, for those of you who are dumb and have no sense of humor or any movie knowledge)

my "Brake Lining" light will come on for a minute at max, then will go away, or blink for a second, same with the brake fluid light, that blinks more then stays on though. Flux Capaciter is gonna cost only 4.75 to fix, should be done soon.

Or wait, don't tell me you took the high tech approach and put black electrical tape over it!

i replaced my brake lining sensor when i did my brake job and the light still hasnt gone out, and it's on all the time. the only thing keeping me from pulling the bulb out is that i dont think its worth the trouble cause it doesnt bother me that much.
