At ow rpms my car feels boggy, then picks up again, but doesn't feel like it's all there. I've done the plugs, o2 senser, air and fuel filters, still have to do the cap and router, but is there anything else that could cause this.

I don't know but I'm having the same problem from about 1000rpms to 2000 then it picks up like I have a damn turbo or something.. its' weird lol..
I know I have a failing o2 sensor that I'm going to fix and then I'm also going to replace my fuel filter as you did and my idle control/speed valve as I was told this could be an issue too. Then I'm going to chip it and get a bitchin air intake... I run 92 v Power in my car too...
check for vacuum line leaks, before mine melted number 3 piston it had a bad stumble in the low end which was caused by the vacuum lines being perished, look for cracks and splits. on mine the main issue was the purge valve which sits under the throttle body and returns fuel vapors to the fuel canister.
another possibility is an air leak in the fule system or dodgy fuel pumps (they have 2)
another common problem is to do with the power wire for the fuel pump which aparently is prone to breaking at a join under the rear seat, never been there myself but apparently its reasonably easy to see, this fault makes the car cut out while driving more than loosing power, its meant to be like turning the ignition on and off while driving...
I'm fairly sure that my experience with this problem is a result of my fuel pump right below the driver-side rear door.
It makes a whining sound when the motor's running.
i got no whine, all my vaccs are good, i just put a new coil on, i think im gonna try the pressure reg though, but it still stalls when it gets hot. that is what is really pissing me off

Um, what 'directions' are there except to add it to a full tank of gas? If you don't realize that much by yourself, you really shouldn't be working on your car. :P

actaully the fact that if you put it in your tank with to much gas it can mess things up no shit you arent going to put it in with a full tank of gas jesus, but some people would put it in at 1/4 when MOST people fill up, but you have to go down farther than that, and then let it go back down that far after that tank again, my buddy works at a shop and has had cars come in that are messed up from using this stuff! so once again if you use it FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS unless your this dude angryrobots so hopefully his car gets fd

Oh, ok I'll just follow your directions and pour a CONCEN-motherfucking-TRATED liquid cleaner into my almost empty fuel tank. Not like its corrosive or anything.
You hope MY car gets fucked? I'm giving advice while you're dispensing some misinterpreted bullshit that 'your friend told you' in what is barely comprehendible as the English language.
