TeamBarnet is an unknown quantity at this point
Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get an exhaust for my 1987 BMW E30 325i besides ebay in the UK?

I have a standard double one, I am considering changing it to make a little more noise and hopefully a bit more bhp, I am also going to be getting a K&N air filter as well. I am not interested in anything too loud, sometimes it's nice to drive around and be anonymous ...Unless I put my foot down.

I have looked around, like the look of the Peco DTM but for the back box alone I have only been able to find it in one place, and it's £200 without fitting! I'd rather stick with what I have for that.

I know someone with a Peugeout 205 GTi and I had a look at it today, it makes a great sound, really sporty without being too noisy, I want mine to sound a little more like that. Of course the bimmer is MUCH faster as I proved to him today even if it doesn't sound as great!

I have had a look at the other posts on the forum first, the general consensus seems to be that you don't get much more in terms of power, I'd just like a bit of extra noise.

I am also fitting performance brake pads and new tyres, the braking isn't as great as my last one.

Many thanks for any help anyone can give,

Best regards,

CF.
