Update:
I've contacted BMW in Germany, and i've told them i've got those two E30's, and literally the engine in the 87 one is from a 87 E34 currently stated in Paris, France. Beleive it or not, i sent them all the numbers including the engine no. and VIN no.'s of both vehicles, they say my 89' has passed all inspections, and never been rolled back and 118.840km is not much on such a old car, and if it is in such a mint condition as i say, they will be proud to help me restore it and modify it in the way i like it.
As i asked for the M50 conversion, they replied that it is not a smart move, but since the car is mine and the alterations i am making include all BMW material, they will go with it.
The new body is in good condition, i will post pictures as soon as it is home, and in my driveway, i will use that one as a project car, since it is a facelift model. And in much better condition than the pre-facelift 87', and i will be stripping the 87' and using it as a dragster

throwing in a 454 and a 700tranny with transpak, should be pretty neat huh'

I am also buying a E32 730 and that one will be used as a daily driver
So far, almost all of the family has turned German.
