Is there somewhere I can buy new ones and are they hard to replace?
I need new ones because the ones on my car are sun burn and kinda yellow now

nope... they just pop off... make sure you purchase replacement rubber grommets

I went to lcal BMW dealer...18 a piece, make sure you put a towel uder the screwdriver when u pop them off.
