Exclamation This blew my mind...Can you help?

I have a 91' 318iS and ive been doing alot of thinknig about what engine to swap since my engine seems to be too slow for me, "m42-b18" and i was planning on doing an m20 swap with a super charger which would be badass, but then i came across something i have never even heard of...an "S42" engine? Does anybody have any information about this engine at all? Anythign will help me out ^_^ :-P

The S42 is a very powerfull 300+ hp 4cyl, a costs a nasty pice of change to get one. The S42 has a 86.5mm bore x 85mm stroke based on the M40 block with 8 injectors, individual throttle bodies, a solid lifter valvetrain from the S50 euro motor, and a 9000rpm red line. The funny thing was it was mounted upright in the bay, unlike the slanted ones, and has dry sump oiling system. There is a ton more info on the web. Look on other fourms for a guy called "gizmo" he knows alot about this motor.
