Big Oil Leak

Hello... My bimmer has a massive leak between the Engine and Tranny. I believe thats the rear main seal? How hard is it to replace that or whatever seal/gasket it may be?

bad man working is an unknown quantity at this point
Itíll be either the rear crank main or the gearbox in put seal if itís an auto then that can be a big leak, if so look at the colure of the oil ATF is red. A rear crank main oil seals isnít hard to change if once youíve got he box out then unbolt the flywheel and itís in front of you.

The oil pan will also leak in this area as well. Too bad you can't tell unless you pull the trans.
