best spring rates?

what are the best spring rates, f&r for an e30 318i for full track use?

i actually think i will go with the TMS J Stock springs and specially valved Blisteins with the front rate set at 680 and the rear at 1026. But this all depends on final ride height. Trying to get -2" to -3".
