has anyone tryed it yet??any product reviews?,,am making a list of stuff i need,and this is the most costly item,,my stick is really lose(ya i know personall problem) and some times it feels like a tooth pick in a empty jar,,makes it hard to find the right gear sometimes(ya ya another personall problem,lol)

You can replace the bushings, and fix the slop for cheap. I don't know if it will fit your car, but in the E30s you can install the stock Z3 shift lever, it is shorter. About $60 at the dealer I think.
