I need help. does anyone know the best or optimal setting for my idle control valve??????? and why is my oil light always on???????

Oil level sensor or wire short.
Unless there is no oil in the engine.

anywhere from 800 rpms to 1500, but i think i am just going to buy a air/fuel meter!
