Pulled my instrument cluster today, trying to pull off the AA Battery Mod.
When I removed my SI Board -No Batteries!
In the Standard Boards place is a " New Battery less SI Board." , by ProgRama.
The board was manufactured in 2002. The circutry looks slick.
I could use advice from anyone who has done the "remote battery mod" . or anybody who has replaced their instrument cluster with good results. Any spare clusters out there?
Thanks , Please respond----

I have found a vender that sells these boards.
It appears that the board that was installed in my instrument cluster is for an 88'
There is a differant number for 84' through 11/85'
I think I am getting a handle on this problem, but still feel confused.--Please if someone has knowledge in this area , share the wisdom. All help is welcome.
Thanks --Steve
