I have totally been tempted. There have been some really nice ones for sale down here recently in the $9K range.

if its for sale for $9k it needs $6k in work, remember with the e30 M3 the rule of $15k,
"yee shall spend $10,000 fixing a $5000 M3 or $15k on a mint M3"
