| i have a 1986 325e and i would like to know where the nuts are that i need to remove in order to get the alternator out. i have been trying for over a hour and cant figure it out. also, how do i get the belt off the alternator pulley?? i took the nut on that you can see right when you look at the top of the alternator. now it wiggles back and forth, but does not come off. the belt is still attatched also, the alternator scoots forward a little bit but does not move far enough to remove the belt. please help me in any way you can, i am as lost as you could possibly get and need my car back asap. |
