Useable with all other stock air/fuel components?

K & N filter unless u go with a not so credit brand like frams air hog filter. but cones don't do crap i didn't belive people here at first either i had decided to try it one day nice sound but no big improvement of course the filter i used was a just a cheap kragen cone filter but it was just a test K&N dude is the way to go

I would say just keep your stock one clean, and you should be fine... the intakes on these engines are not bad stock...
