OK Question #1

What is the BEST air filter mod for a 325 is ?
Useable with all other stock air/fuel components?

(I hope your not going to say K&N)

or are you?

K & N filter unless u go with a not so credit brand like frams air hog filter. but cones don't do crap i didn't belive people here at first either i had decided to try it one day nice sound but no big improvement of course the filter i used was a just a cheap kragen cone filter but it was just a test K&N dude is the way to go

I'm not knocking K&N, I was thinking about a big open element
filter like I have on my Diesel ,
I'll check out the K&N

I would say just keep your stock one clean, and you should be fine... the intakes on these engines are not bad stock...

regardless, the box restricts air flow, an open filter lets the engine suck in a lot more air

Yeah, hot air. And even with it heat shield it's only going to give you .5-1 HP so it's not even worth it. Stock flows good.
